Medida Cautelar Positiva en 17-H Bis: Estrategia y qué dice el TFJA

A reference lesson. These three workflows cover the highest-leverage automation opportunities in any community. Build these before anything else.
The three automations
| # | Automation | Trigger | What it does |
| 1 | Welcome sequence | Member registers | Sends a 3-email sequence (Day 0, Day 3, Day 7) orienting the new member and directing them to their first action |
| 2 | Re-engagement trigger | Member inactive for 14 days | Sends a personalised outreach flagging what’s waiting for them and inviting them back |
| 3 | Milestone recognition | Member reaches a rank, completes a course, or hits a membership anniversary | Sends a personal acknowledgment of the milestone and, where relevant, unlocks a next step |
Start with number one. Build number two. Add number three when the first two are working.
Workflow 1 — Welcome sequence
| Step | When | What fires |
| Email 1 | Immediately on registration | Warm welcome + one clear first action |
| Email 2 | Day 3 | Value reminder — one useful insight, one soft CTA |
| Email 3 | Day 7 | Direct question — what brought you here? |
Trigger in AutomatorWP: User registers on site → start email sequence in your email platform.
Stop the sequence automatically if the member replies to any email. A member who replies deserves a personal response, not the next automated message.
Workflow 3 — Milestone recognition
| Milestone | What fires |
| Member reaches a new rank (BuddyBoss Gamification) | Personal congratulations email + in-platform notification |
| Member completes a course | Congratulations + prompt to share a takeaway in the community |
| Membership anniversary (1 year) | Personal acknowledgment + optional reward (badge, special access) |
Trigger in AutomatorWP: BuddyBoss rank changes / LearnDash course completed / user registration date anniversary → fire email + BuddyBoss notification.
What to build first
If you have none of these running, build them in order. The welcome sequence has the highest impact on retention. The re-engagement trigger prevents the most churn. The milestone recognition has the highest impact on long-term belonging.
One working automation is worth more than three planned ones.
